WHO WE ARE
Quadra Investigations Inc. is a partnership between two highly skilled Toronto private investigators Kemal Pita and Norm Nielsen and their unique multi-faceted team of surveillance specialists and experienced veteran investigators.
Norm Nielsen.
Born and raised in the West Indies. Husband to an amazing wife and his best friend. Off the beaten path hiker and all round travel junkie, ex-rugby player and coach, and by extension, (craft) beer lover and Foodie. Squash player, chess player, avid reader, handyman, scuba diver, IPSC enthusiast and massive dog lover.
Norm has been a licensed private investigator in Ontario serving the Corporate, Legal, Insurance communities and Municipal and individual clients since 1993. “I love what I do! For me private investigations have been a calling since I read my first Hardy Boys mystery. I love the unique challenge that every assignment brings and satisfaction of providing quality information that helps my clients make sound informed decisions and ultimately resolve their problems.”
Norm is a highly resourceful experienced investigator. “Seldom is there only one ‘right’ way to source the information our clients seek. Experience certainly plays a major role, but I believe you are ultimately only limited by your ability to think out of the box and formulate creative investigative strategies to achieve your goals.”
He has successfully conducted a wide variety of investigative assignments throughout his career, which include: hundreds and hundreds of surveillance investigations; personal injury disability claims; background; financial and asset search cases; accidental death; fatality; missing persons; DNA recovery; employee breach of contract; secret commission; grey market copyright infringement; fraud; theft and other criminal investigations; and has provided extensive litigation support in numerous civil matters.
Norm’s investigations have carried him throughout southern Ontario, across Canada, the United States and the West Indies. His consistent success in the most complex, sensitive and challenging assignments have earned him a reputation as an investigator who gets results and a loyal referral-based clientele among insurance, legal and corporate professionals.
